Refund policy

Online Training Sessions

You are eligible for a full refund if the online session you purchased is cancelled for any reason.

Please contact us if you need to reschedule the online session you have booked. Please include your booking confirmation number and the new online session you wish to attend so we can reschedule your booking. We require 24 hours notice prior to the confirmed online session to reschedule your booking, after which, we are unable to facilitate any changes.
